Abs workout

Before every workout Lukas Osladil does abdominal excercises. These are crunches, twisted crunches and lifting the pelvis up lying on the floor. Shorter, more intense movements are enough.

 

 

„This type of workout is great for me. If I do for example hanging leg raises, I put a lot of energy into arm muscles.“ explains Lukas Osladil.
