I am looking forward to diet
8 weeks out from the 2016 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas - the biggest competiton of Lukas´s career. What does his pre-contest training look like?
„There are some diet changes in pre-contest training. But I am looking forward to it. I had to eat too much until now, I was overeated. One meal I ate about 30 – 40 minutes. Now I will reduce carbs mainly. I had 600 carbs a day until now, step by step I will have 500 – 400, maybe below 400 carbs per day. This diet plan will be very easy for me.“
When will you train in the Czech Republic for the last time before the Olympia and when will you fly to Las Vegas?
„In the Czech Republic I want to train for the last time on Wednesday (14. 9.) and on Wednesday I will probably fly away. I don´t want to train in Las Vegas. There is too hot weather in Las Vegas and I hate it. In 2012 I trained there twice before the competition and it was mistake. I don´t want to repeate it.“
You promised to change your posing routine…
„I keep my promise. I will change music, but everybody will listen to this music for the first time at the 2016 Olympia. So I don´t reveal the name. There will be also other changes. For example transitions between the poses. But I really don´t want to reveal more. It will be a surprise!“
